Float is the consumer surface of Markov — the marketplace where you pick an operator, the console where you watch the receipts, and the bot that mirrors them to Telegram. It opens once the mandate program is audited, because a window onto capital that nothing yet enforces is worth nothing.

• Float agent — alerts on Telegram with revoke-by-command, revoke-only authority.
